SakuraCircle has been providing hentai fansubs for most hentai out there, and is the main source for subbed hentai on nyaa. Recently they have announced on their latest release that they will be on an indefinite hiatus.

Yes, there is AmateurSubs that's taking over, with 9subs out.

There is also KyokuSai, a Chinese fansub group that has released 2 English subs.
