As far as I know, the only way to download files from Baidu Netdisk for free is through Fastdownload. However, with this method, you can only download up to 409.6MB for free. (I haven't seen any premium link generator services that support Baidu downloads.) Well, since Fastdownload allows the use of disposable email addresses, I think it would be a good idea to use this to create multiple accounts.
