I hope I'm not late, but i Highly recomend you Hengen Souki Shine Mirage: Haiboku e no Countdown https://vndb.org/v23064

This is an Action and Beat 'em Up VN (You can even play it with a gamepad). The plot makes 90% of game CGs anal, but you can only unlock them with Game Overs. The game is relatively short (just 5 or 6 levels), but with lots of replayability. Unfortunately it's not traslated, but the controls are very intuitive.

I also recomend Toriko no Shirabe -Refrain- https://vndb.org/v25719. I haven't played it yet, but i looked the CGs and Aina Leminen's route seems to have lots of anal.
