Utau VS Vocaloid

What do you prefer? Vocaloid or UTAU ?

No clue of what it is? : ( http://vocaloid.wikia.com/ , http://utau.wikia.com/ )
Share you'r ideas on what you like most. I personally would go with Utau because it's much easier to use.

Vocaloid for music composition

UTAU for having fun/ recording own voice.

Started working with V4 I'd say it's pretty complicated at first but you get a quick start if you used utau.
Also there is a lot more realistic voices and options so you can get lost pretty easily but apart from that it's perfect for creating music.
