Damn, completely forgot about this! I actually found the VN just recently on a Korean p2p site called Clubbox. Wanted to share the VN here, but seems like there's something wrong with the url. Anyway, if you're all set using the tutorial below, just type "(同人ゲーム) 灯穂奇譚.rar" into the search box and you'll find it (if it says its size is 421.3 MB then you've found the right one).
And here's a tutorial on how to use Clubbox

Just want to tell everyone that be careful with clubbox/baidu servers, as they might have some malware and fake files as well.
Every once and then I do look for stuff, but not really a 'trustable' source on some aspects.
Anyway, clubbox users also use to lock their 'shared' files with password to access they shared folders, hilarious isn't it? Hehe. (closed sharing enviroment at its best.)
And of course, korean servers with horrible limited DL speed unless you spend 'points' to purchase GB at 'faster speeds'(which were and are still a joke) you earn by having a software running on your computer.

EDIT PS: take care or be careful when installing this software, rather use a virtual machine or spare PC to DL from there just in case, to be safe.
