for those who have problems with hooking the game, try out AGTH (download)

Then open the properties for the game shortcut and replace target with C:/location-of-agth.exe /C /x3 C:/location-of-harakatsu3.exe

go to option, go to 4th line or the first one under Text Setting and with that one click on the right side setting. after that you can hold ctrl to skip all text.

Needs an H code.
edit: no need, just turn off the tex antialias and you get a decent result.
not 100% but good enough.
using Textractor 3.5

Better be asking the dev instead of me. The software gets updated every now and then so UI changes might get implemented.
