  1. Do you like secret love interests or not?

Yes, I really like secret LIs because discovering their route feels like a fun surprise. I also like when they’re introduced gradually and you slowly realize they’re actually an important character, It makes unlocking their route feel more rewarding
  2. First Run in Otome Games: With or Without a Walkthrough?

Without a walkthrough, at least for my first playthrough. I like experiencing the story naturally and making my own choices without knowing what’s going to happen. If I want to unlock all the endings or routes afterward, then I’ll probably use a walkthrough
  3. When playing otome games, do you usually stick with one game until you finish it, or do you rotate between several?

I usually rotate between several games. I like having a few different stories to switch between depending on my mood. But if I’m really hooked on a game, I’ll usually stick with it until I finish it before moving on to another one.
  4. Canon MC name vs Self-Insert?

Definitely canon MC name! I usually prefer keeping the protagonist’s original name because it makes the story feel more natural to me. I also like seeing the MC as her own character rather than imagining myself in her place. It makes it easier for me to enjoy her personality and relationships...
  5. Learning JP from otome games

I’ve actually been learning some Japanese from otome games. It’s a fun way to learn because I can pick up new vocabulary and expressions while enjoying the story. Sometimes I also try to understand the dialogue without translating everything, so it helps me get more familiar with how Japanese is...
  6. You guys prefer novel or manga?

I think I prefer manga! I like being able to see the characters and expressions while reading the story. But I still enjoy novels too, especially when the story has a lot of interesting details and world building
  7. Slow burn vs Insta love or just medium pace

I’d say medium pace. I like when the relationship develops gradually and naturally, but I don’t want it to take forever before the characters actually get closer. Slow burn can be really enjoyable when it’s well-written, but sometimes I prefer a balanced pace where there’s enough build-up...
  8. Does bad music ruin your immersion in Otome games?

Yes, sometimes. Music plays a pretty big role in setting the mood for me, so if the music feels awkward or doesn’t match the scene, it can pull me out of the story. But if the story and characters are really good, I can usually overlook it.
  9. Have you played any otome games where you genuinely liked every LI?

Yes, I think so! There are a few otome games where I genuinely liked almost every LI. Usually, even if I have a favorite, I still enjoy the personalities and routes of the other characters. I especially like games where each LI feels unique and well-written, so it’s hard to dislike any of them.
  10. Do you listen to a drama CD for the voice actor or for the story?

Mostly for the voice actor, especially if I really like their voice or already know them from other games or anime. I enjoy hearing their performance and the way they bring the characters to life. But if the story is interesting too, that definitely makes me want to keep listening. So I’d say...
  11. what's your least favourite type of LI?

The overly controlling type and the character who is mean to the MC for no reason
  12. When Did You First Discover Otome and How Did You Get Into It?

I first discovered otome games through social media, and I became interested after seeing the characters and storylines. I eventually tried playing one myself and started exploring more otome games from there
