I got the "Japanese only" message too. Just go to Region and Language in control panel and change format to Japanese

no it doesn't change your language, only difference i see is some Japanese letters replacing names of the days in the clock. anyway you can just change back when your not playing, it doesn't need a restart so it only takes a few seconds.

happened to me too. Went into control panel. clicked: Clock, Language and Region. Then Region and Language, and changed format too Japanese. Worked for me.
