Not sure if you know but Yamizome Revenger is actually getting an english translation so unless you prefer to play it in Japanese, you should probably just wait until later.

Most likely you'll have to buy the game. Only things like an expansion will get a new torrent released. Then again if you liked the game then buying seems like a no issue.

Steam is straight up releasing games uncensored now, so unless it happens to have content that is illegal in your country you should be able to buy it normally.
