Same problem. Tried both installing, and the extracted setup folder, methods. I have used 2 diffrent DLL's, the torrent and the magnet. i've tried locale emulator, admin settings Japan and USA, and compatibility. as i said, the problem is the same. the game doesn't even start up with the crack...
