Try changing your Region Format to Japanese also, not only Region. It works for me with the trial version. Not test the main game yet.

The hooked text only misses the bracket at the beginning of a voice line, overall perfectly fine, thank you.

Check the in-game settings, then change the Font section to Gothic, it should be hooked fine with ITH.

Try disable your anti virus then add exception to the crack.exe file. Usually it recognizes the crack having virus.

Find a file named configure.exe inside the game folder, open it and change font to Gothic, it will fix it.

If you apply the Peeping Patch, it will allow you to watch alternative version of H-scenes being narrated from point of view of the heroine.

There is no animated scene. The animation in the OP is purely for demonstration purposes.
