Are you running the localove2.exe in the data folder? idk if this is any help but I could only get the game to work through that .exe and not the one in the main game folder. As far as installation path I switched to a different location rather than using the default and it still worked fine...

You need to install the game and copy the crack files into the data folder (replacing the other localove2.exe in there) for it to work.
