Thanks for the hard work! I tried checking this game's cg however I couldn't find any sprites with the heroine corrupted. So I'm unsure if either the new game uses that same menu scheme or if that picture was edited. Here is a pic of just the sprite i m g u r.com/j5fl6hx.png

Ok I found more information. As animefan_09 suggested it's defniately from tinkerbell. The series is called 淫妖蟲 and its an on going series. Now I'm trying to find the game with that image.

Well it looks clearly from a game and I do know for a certain that the artist satou kuuki and okuri ban to use that style of corrupted heroine's dress. But I can't seem to find anything on this pic.
