Yes, keep it in the game folder. The patch fixes some missing words..etc.

I think this game (unlike other titles) doesn't have the option to start a new game from heroine's point of view, so after you finish 1st round you can check your scene replay and you should be able to start from those to get the missing CGs. I agree with you, this game to me seems a lot better...

nvm. It just took a bit long that I thought I got stuck.
