    Regarding threesomes, is it possible to switch the roles during the H scenes? (e. g. Girl 1 takes the position of Girl 2 and vice versa) I haven't found an option for that one. If I missed it I would appreciate any help very much.

    Just install the game and after that install the MF/EMF patch provided in this thread. It includes a translation patch.
