Yes, it is still against the rules, but it's much harder to enforce since fanbox can't monitor every single post every single artist makes to make sure their content is censored. Which is why if you see an artist doing it it's best to not say anything 🤫- reversaly

Yes, fanbox works must be censored. To work around this many artists usually have a discord or an online archive (like mega) where they upload uncensored versions that people can download from- reversaly
