Does the Skin Tool work in the Character creator as well? Or just in "game"?

All my hype, the only thing I'm even semi ok with is photo editing. This is going to kill a lot of my time ;)

I've been messing with the 4K skin that was used in playclub, issue being the way skins were done in that game, I've been trying to get the color right but its still off. EDIT So you can call this a V0.0001 of the Playclub 4k to Honey Select, couple seems near the neck that need touched up...

Been reading past few days, see possible custom skin texture mod coming soon. SHAKES VIOLENTLY!
