I error find おかしがたのしみ_.ogg_ and rename to おかしがたのしみ_.ogg_ (or the opposite) in audio\bgm folder , hope there are no more errors.

It work for me; probably you're on the wrong path; the entire game is inside the data folder and is where you need to put the patched executable, while the files outside data folder can be deleted.

Tested now, it does work without any tool and lunatraslator hook fine the text. Windows 10 , japanese installed , english UI , unicode to jp , timezone to JP.

Curious, i confirm about that image fail to load the first time and have to hit f5 to load to palemoon; there is also an avx2 compiled version in tfreesoft that still support npapi and perform better. Everything else work fine; all issues i had just disappeared without traces.
