Could you reseed this?

Every time I try to open a game or try to install a new one I get an error message saying invalid character if I open the game on my old computer it runs fine. I downloaded the language packs and have my location to set to Japan. I don't know what I'm missing on the new computer to get it to run...

I got a pop up saying I needed some sdrt thing and I did then when I tried to start the game I got this pop up

I know this is a long shot but could you re-upload part 4 on the depositfiles it is the only one missing I tried looking for on other posts but they were all dead too. I would really appreciate it.
