alright i seemed to have fixed this

i have windows 11. Reinstalled winrar and 7 zip. Still doesn't work

thank you, i downloaded it from you but it still says "The archive is either in unknown format or damaged." and "no archives found" when trying to extract. I tried using 7zip and it's the same results. I can't even open the rar file either I haven't had this happen to me with any other file rar...

sadly the rar file is corrupted so im asking for a reupload
