oh there is a program called locale emulator that makes it way easier to run those japanese games without them having corrupted text and stuff, here is the link to that https://github.com/xupefei/Locale-Emulator/releases I probably could not explain it well enough

They gave Noctilucent all those pages when it's about to be shut down (and turned into an offline game so I guess it makes sense). Apparently, they only made about one year of content and now recycling the old events until then. I don't know what exactly happened in the development backgrounds...
