I can play eroge, VN and read Light novel from original japanese language... but when I lazy, I prefer one that have english patch, because my kanji still messed up unless there's a hiragana above kanji character... There's so many kanji out there my level still N3, I think just know about 500...

hmmm, I want waited full translation but it looks it won't happened soon in next few months... so this will do (just started download)... just curious, how many % this patch cover overall route/flag ??? and my friend have original japanese version this game... is patch can you for that too???
