I checked it again. Turned out it was MacOS's default zip utility being weird (streamable). When I tried it with a third party tool (Keka), it can be extracted just fine. Thank you.

Re: [121026] [ま～まれぇど] 恋色マリアージュ + UPDATE 1.01 There's no need for a noDVD for this game. To avoid being asked for a DVD, just copy the file "koidata.noa" in the iso to your installation folder. After that the game won't ask for the DVD anymore. :)
