Thanks a lot man, that works really well, appreciate it a lot. I was previously forced to download Luna Translator for this one to use it's hook function but that application was pretty unstable for me and caused the game to crash often. So this is really helpful. Keep up the good work.

Okay I used a better VPN service this time (one of the japan public servers from https://www.vpngate.net ) and was able to access the download page. Seems like both of the download links on that page can be accessed even without a VPN, so sharing them here...
