Surprisingly, it's Norn9. THREE voiced heroines, an interesting story, and, chef's kiss, the characters actually have lives and develop relationships even outside of their own routes. And Teita has officially become one of my favorite otome artists, right alongside Satoi.

People have already mentioned the MiHoYo characters, so I won't repeat them, but Genshin has an LI for pretty much every taste. I guess I'll go with Type-Moon characters instead. Gil, you can be my yandere, yes.

Yang from Piofiore no Banshou. I couldn't finish Piofiore because of him. After his route, I just couldn't bring myself to move on to the others. He put me through every possible emotion in his route. He's definitely not a comfort character, but he'll always be my favorite.

It used to be the art style for me, but games have gotten so pretty nowadays that the story and YouTube reviews play a much bigger role in whether I'll give a game a try.

My favorites are usually either somewhere in the middle or in the top 3, so I can't really say I'm rooting for the underdogs. But hey, like someone said above — more for me! 😌

Cough cough I'll say right away that if the route is written well, I'll still enjoy reading it. But yeah, there's probably no chance the character will become one of my favorites. Yanderes. I've already said this in other threads, but I really do hate them in like 80% of cases. Childhood...

+1 to having the memory of a goldfish lol. I'll watch otome reviews, get spoiled on something, and then completely forget about it by the time I actually get around to playing the game. So I've learned to just avoid reading other people's comments while I'm playing a LI's route. Even if I do...

Cinderella Phenomenon? Lucette is the only character I could think of. At least, I feel like her archetype is more than just a tsundere.

It's been 2 years since I started Akaza's route, and I still haven't managed to get through it because I don't want to say goodbye to the game. (Although I keep rereading Riku's route). But I guess it's probably time, especially now that the fandisc is out. It's been a year and a half since...
