You should try to send a message directly to his private messages, sometimes it works better... I had the same issue as you and couldn't start the installer.

What I usually do is replace the names that are different and it still works, for instance, if I download "Shingun goblin part1" with Mexashare and the 2nd part I download from Rapidgator is spelled "Shingun_goblin_part2.rar" then I make sure to remove the underscore "_" and make the title look...
