It's not the rpg runtime package i need, i can get it if i want. What i want is the updated version of the game, because there are bug fixes in the newest version. The creator has fixed other bugs other than the start-up one too.

Does anyone have a good CG rip/extraction tool to recommend for this game? (because this game's data files are all in .noa files, and if you just extract it with Crass, you get the ERI, MIO, and MEI files, which you can't view normally, unlike JPG images or OGG/WAV/MP3 sound files.)
