Here is the 100% save data. If the game does crash during encounters, try to change locale, format and location to japanese in your region and language settings. It worked fine for me that way.

You don't need a 100% save file for this game. Simply enter the 'Extras' menu and you can push the button that says '100%' and all the CGs and scenes will be unlocked.
