You can use locale emulator too if you want to fix the text without modifying the windows display language. Locale emulator has a profile option to falsify the ui display language. I don't know if you need to have the japanese language system files installed too but definitely you don't need it...

Try putting the game data in a folder path without special characters D:\あざスミ\ and D:\JGames\あざスミ\ worked for me.

if you use the 2DJ crack you need to type anything in the text box.
