After I extract the file and extract the other file there is no .exe file, just a bunch of .dpm .hpi and .dll files. There is a txt file in japanese and a browser link file but the link doesn't open

I am looking to download all the games from this site because I dont know any other place for this. But I have found just Taimanin Asagi Gaiden, Taimanin Asagi 2, Taimanin Asagi 3 and Taimanin Asagi Chaos Arena.

I would like to play the main game but I am still looking for it in this site with no success whatsoever :D Do you have an idea of where I can download it ?

Thank you so much, what I was doing wrong was the first most obvious step about the locale. Thanks for filling me in, the installation seems to be going smoothly now without the error I was getting at the start.
