This game seems to have been released on "DLSITE Taiwan" but later "DLSITE Taiwan" was shut down. I couldn't find the game on DLSITE. "特攻" and "魔王" both appear to be common terms, so I wasn't able to locate an exact matching game page either—only found a few images that seem to be from this game.
