Patcher-Build20121001 seems to patch the siglus engine file successfully, but the patched exe stops working after it runs. I'm on Windows 10, and I found it works on Windows 7. You have to change your entire Windows interface into Japanese for this to work -- for example, we should not be seeing "Change date and time settings..." in English. This should be in Japanese. Once you have that in Japanese, as well as all other usual things, it will work.
