That's odd. Try installing the DirectX which is included in the DVD. It may also need DirectPlay: Press WinKey + R, type "control" then press Enter. Open "Programs and Features". Click "Turn Windows features on or off". Open "Legacy Components", check "DirectPlay". Good luck.
