My exposure to mmds since the olden days has given me some kind of pavlovian conditioning to popular mmd songs, when i hear gokuraku jodo or girls i can get hard even without any visual stimuliI'll find an MMD that looks great, get all excited, and then this song starts playing and completely kills the mood. Happens way too often. Seriously annoying.
