What was your biggest mobile otome shut-down heartbreak?

All the games from solmare, especially Shall we date?: Lost Island... I loved this game so bad, i was so sad when they announced they were shutting it down

Mystic Messenger is still available, but there haven't been any updates for a very long time. It's been so long that it's almost like a shutdown for players who love this game as much as I do.😭 It's really sad that the game isn't being developed further, but I understand because MM is already well-rounded and complete in its own way.

However, I still hope to play MM with new content. I don't want it to be a complete shutdown.

Yumeiro Cast was a game that left a lasting impression on me, thanks to its high-quality music and the voice actors' excellent singing. I also really liked how the characters had a calm and composed demeanor.

For me it was Yoshimaho, I feel like it's rare to have a cute clearly robotic chara. Although I'm not sure if it counts as otome exactly.
 
Dame×Prince definitely belongs on this list! The shutdown hurt so much because the game was so unique and hilarious. It's rare to find an otome that embraces comedy and flawed princes so well. I still miss Ani and the rest of the chaotic cast.

The only joseimuke adjacent mobile games I've ever really been into were the iDOLM@STER SideM ones and each one stung more than the last. LIVE ON ST@GE, then Emumasu, then GROWING STARS... even POPLINKS I really miss! I'm glad we still get stories and music but I wish we had a game of any kind to play, still.
 
Definitely Verismo Baroque. It was only playable for like a year before it shut down. I think it had the same artist as Rouge et Noir 😭. I still mourn it after like 3 years.
 
finding that the niflehiem+ was gone last year was completely despair-inducing for me. rip you will be missed funny skeleton man
 
My horse prince even though it was pretty silly, I still enjoyed the gameplay itself and would've loved to go back and relive those moments </3

It is Yumekuro.. The art is beautiful and the story is interesting, so I was really enjoying the game, and my heart ached so much when the service ended..
 
For me, it's a mobile reading platform called "1001."It has some ported NS Otome games on it.It's because of this that I can access otome games much more easily.But these games are still playable on other platforms, what really upsets me is that there are also a lot of original games.These original games can't be played anymore once they stop operating.One of my favorite games is called "Ctrl+C Life."
 
Tokimeki Restaurant~~ It's very interesting, and the songs of their lives/singles were great! The company said they were planning to make it into another "not online" game but seems they did nothing on that.
 
Maybe: Interactive Stories. When I first played it, it wasn't as predatory. I miss early days of the app quite a lot.

I was also really upset sengoku night blood shut down before i even got to try it.
 
Yumekuro 😔 big RIP to my yandere!knight, my food connoisseur hubby and my fashionista diva. I really blasted unholy amounts of money into that game just for the chance to have it survive longer. The cast was fantastic, the romance was really nice, the artwork was beautiful and I enjoyed the soundtrack as well. It was downright criminal to introduce Shiharu this late into the game, my most anticipated character got shafted so hard. Truly the only mobile otoge where I cared about more than just 1 character.
 
I will forever mourn A3 english getting shut down. So many memories and my first proper gacha mobile otome too

Another one I'm not over is OKKO (e.g. Royal Midnight Kiss, Rental Boyfriends, Decoding Desire). I was patiently waiting for Midori from RMK to be released (he was out in JP and I even painstakingly translated all his promotional material back then) but then I never found the opportunity to play in English.

omg okko, i remember playing sweet proposal and decoding desire, and yes it was one my biggest heartbreak because they kinda give realistic relationship

lost island, i really like the story and suspense too! so sad it went shut down
