Oh, that's two of nekonick's files. So I guess they're based on an old version? That should be easy to fix then. I'll look into it.
I've tried other races, and there were no problems. Maybe next version will fix it !?

The assets nekonick made for those standing pictures did not include the pregnant version, yet.
It should be fixed in v2. I've kept nekonicks version and added my uncensored version of the pregant texture to it.
This is how the textures look like now:
In conclusion, it's almost a complete success, but there are still some minor issues. I'm still encountering problems when applying the patch with the new version. After a closer inspection, I discovered that the developer added some new code to mosaic.plist as follows:

Then, I tried overwriting it with the new original mosaic.plist first, and then modified the image files in the final review section to point to mosaic.png. After testing it, everything is working normally now.

Would that require me to have the unmodified version to get the signature from it, to then sign the uncensored version? I'm confused.

Prototype version. The current version 1.2.1.0 (retail version) has almost nothing worth modifying. For the locations, basically every town has one, because this game determines product displays according to the shop type.
How to use: Just overwrite the original file with data_shop.dat.
Regarding the current status of the uncensored mod under version 1.2.2.0(sp):Basically, everything is working fine. From what I've observed, the dev is using a similar method as before, so all 48 positions don't need any changes, and most of the standings don't need to change either. The only things that seem to need a tweak are futa_common.plist and futa_common.dat inside the standing folder.
Considering that they might add a few more dicks with every version update, it's probably best to wait until it hits the full retail release. Otherwise, updating the graphics every single month would be a huge pain. Anyway, as it stands right now, the existing files fully cover everything when entering sex scenes.

I still have something to ask, namely how to save the save file on my phone, so it won't disappear when I want to reinstall it.
