Have you ever set an otome game wallpaper on your PC, phone or tablet because you liked it so much?
I can't say I have, even for my favorite otome games.

Update: I set this as my PC wallpaper about a week after I posted this thread.

These days I only keep it as my wallpaper on my fangirl sub phone lol.
Back then, I didn't really think twice about using character wallpapers on my main phone, but now I'm a bit more low-key about it. I guess I've gotten more private with my hobbies over time. Having it on my sub phone feels like a nice middle ground — I still get to see my favorite character every day, but it's not something I have to explain to random people if they happen to glance at my screen.

I use them both on PC and my phone. I prefer game backgrounds to CGs for main wallpaper, but the opposite for lockscreens. Usually I'll get an official illustration of my favorite LI on my phone. My last otome wallpaper on my PC was this CG from Period Cube:

I've also used TMGS Suzuka as my phone lockscreen recently!

Yesssssss, I have once set Victor ( code realize) CG as the wallpaper on my laptop after playing his route.

When i was in school i set a very bad resolution png of 'Shin' from Amnesia: Memories (⁠◕⁠ᴗ⁠◕⁠✿⁠). Starting my pc was one of the best feelings when he was there.

I haven't done it since then, maybe i should go back to my roots (⁠◡⁠ ⁠ω⁠ ⁠◡⁠).
 
I've never done that because I don't want people to find out I like otome games. But I do have a folder on my phone with otome games called "Delulu land".

Yesss! Im actually currently using a CG from Matsurika no Kei as my currently wallpaper for my laptop<3 Every time I turn it on and see his face I gush again haha since Im so obsessed with him.
 
I was setting wallpapers when I was like 14-19 years old with my favourite character but now my phone have grey theme and no character on it ( ；∀；) maybe i should set someone to make me read otome games more..
 
Yes, both on my phone and PC, but it was a long time ago. I think had Code Realize as my phone wallpaper and Norn9 as my PC wallpaper. It was around when I first started playing otome games. I tend to make my wallpaper whatever I'm interested/obsessed with at the time, but thanks to this thread I think I might go back to doing that again haha.

Yep! Both on my phone and on my pc! I usually change my pc wallpaper every couple of weeks or so, and almost all of the pics I use are videogame related with otome games being a decent amount of that.
Hell my phone's current wallpaper is of one of my fav li!

I had this as my chrome wallpaper for a while after finishing the game lol.

I remember having Okita as my phone wallpaper at some point when I was younger(I had just gotten into Hakuouki), but now I just use default wallpapers since I want to keep my hobby lowkey around people I know.

I do have a gallery of anime wallpapers and some from otome games when i see it fits, people don't recognize if its not showing "things"
 
Literally my desktop walpaper are a shuffle of images of different otome games that I played lmao
 
I always change my desktop wallpaper to match the theme of the current game I'm playing but never really changed my phone I've had the same wallpaper for like 2 years
 
I always set CGs from otome games I'm currently into as my computer and phone wallpapers.
It makes me really happy, and it brings back the feelings and mindset I had while playing those games. It also helps ease that empty, wistful feeling I get after finishing a game.

Once upon time I did. But now I'm more used to use my own art. And right now my wallpaper on PC is my fan art of zayne and MC while the wallpaper on my phone is my fan art of Caleb and MC. Both from lads :lapi_happy:
 
I usually have my favs as my laptop wallpaper on rotation, but every now and again an unrelated game ruins my life (positive) so I have to make it my whole personality for a week or so.
 
not yet but i'm super tempted for jack jeanne because sui ishida's artwork for it is sooo fantastic
 
I don't really see my PC's desktop since I always have some other window open, but if I saw a cute otome-themed wallpaper for my phone I'd use it for sure! Too lazy to make my own tho XD
 
It's not from an otome game specifically, but I installed it from BL. Right now, I'm switching between different wallpapers from Twisted Wonderland
