Isn't that pretty normal? After all, the biggest convenience of Koikatsu/HS2/VAM is the use of scenes (SD). As long as a scene creator makes even a short work, it quickly gets reused. And most of the time, all they do is change the camera angles and characters — nothing else really changes. That's why many people say the older works looked better, because in MMD creators usually only provided the basics, and scenes (SD) didn't get shared publicly. Unless someone bought base animations and then made their own edits, they couldn't use them. If you've seen works from true veteran MMD creators, you'll notice their motions, cameras, and scenes are always changing and evolving. Maybe a motion appeared in an older work, but in the next one it gets reused with edits and variations — not like KK/HS2/VAM, where the animations are repeated endlessly without change. Of course, there are KK/HS2/VAM creators who actually edit their own animations and scenes, but the ratio is probably like 10 out of 1000…

No. The first letter of ENF stands for Embarrassed. It's about shame and/or humiliation. Usually, ENF videos have girls covering themselves or hiding behind covers to avoid being exposed. An ENF video without the protag being Embarrassed is not ENF but just naked dancing or sex.
