Let me put it this way: as for the dance and motion files you're asking about, you can try checking or asking on https://www.iwara.tv/forum—for more common ones, you should be able to find them there. However, some creators sell the custom motion files they've made, while others don't sell or share them at all. That's why, when you come across some really impressive works, you often won't see many similar ones—they're unique because the motion files aren't publicly available.

The funny part is if you have the paid version, each video has a maximum of download speed range from 300KB/s to 6MB/s. The only way to sped up is to have 5 parallel download to have a decent download speed (max 7MB/s from personal experience)
