Probably a browser compatibility issue. it should swap to a "pending" if the request goes through.

You can still use your visa/mastercard to buy bitcash on sites like playasia or seagm (whichever has less markup rate), then use bitcash to buy tora coins, then use tora coins for fantia.

It's a hassle, there's a 1000 yen minimum purchase, the markup rate is high, and fantia's system sucks donkey ball in general, but the option is there if you really want it.
