From what I can tell from the HentaiSource Reddit, garm might very well be correct. It's said to be a very well done edit of Boku no Yayoi-san at 2:09 on episode 3, and comparing the still images of both I can see where the similarities lie even if the edited image is much polished compared to the original.

Sometimes these identification requests are beyond imagination / knowledge due to dimly description, but I guess in this case it is Kiss yori... / KISSより... / A Heat for All Seasons by J.V.D´s (Japan Video Distribution´s) Vanilla label. The two mentioned hair colors are to be found in this series, but it should be 4 girls all in all I think.
