Otome Game Requests

Where can I request a CD album of an otome game? Am I allowed to post my request in Otome Doujinshi & Voice Requests section? I don't even know where I can ask that I wanted to purchase ジャックジャンヌ VOCAL COLLECTION (Jack Jeanne Vocal Collection) album for full-length songs, but found out all mp3 download options are region locked I'm dying without the full version of ハレル・ア～友よ、わが神の名をさけべ～ Pls help ;-;
