Without the patch (that is inclued in the torrent), you need to click OFF for the first top- left-most option (フルスクリーン) and then click return to title (タイトルに戻る). If you can't click return to game because your cursor is bugging out in game, then you need to change the DPI settings. To do that in Windows 10, right-click the game's exe (妹とヤリたいことのすべて.exe), click on properties, "compatibility" tab, "change high DPI settings" button, click the check box that says "Override high DPI scaling behavior. Scaling performed by:", and have the drop-down box say Application. Finally, click OK on each of your opened boxes.

The other option is to apply the patch (imo_stand) that comes with the game in this torrent. If you've installed the game, simply run the patcher (立ち絵モード追加パッチ.exe).
If you only copied the game folder from the ISO into a directory, then copy everything in the update folder, and paste that into the game's main directory (IMOYARI). Windows should ask you if you want to replace the files (4 of them). Select yes, and the game should be patched now, so when you select window mode in the game's options, the game will immediately go into window mode without needing to confirm.
