Hmm, that's strange. The save file from SAGAOZ works for me. Have you tried starting a new game first? Let the game create a SaveData folder first before copy-pasting the file.

The save file link is still working. It's just SAGAOZ hates other websites from hotlinking their files. You'll get an Error 403 (Forbidden) if you just click the link. Copy the link, open a new tab or window and paste the address. That should work.
