Is there a way to change reginal settings on windows 8 Im trying to install some H games but I can't find any that will work even if the game is for windows 8

if you wanna change regional settings on windows 8 then go to control panel > Clock,Language, and Region > Region > Administrative > change system locale. There you'll find many countries amongst them Japan
