Seeking help startring new Nyan Nyan game nyan03_osakoi

got the game, cant install because needs a code

patch says install all of patch pieces but that brings a syntax error trying to run either the main game exe or the patch.exe

any ideas? i am trying on my win 8 machine tried on XP and it thru a diff error was a pop up asking for a code again

any help on this? looks like a good game but dont see any fix for this so far.

I am still hoping to see this game but the patch refuses to actually start the game it brings up another pop up that looks like it wants a code. has anyone had luck starting this game? thanks

Hey adameve, just wondering if you got the syntax error fixed or not as that would have to do with your system locale not being set to Japanese.

As for your other problems, I'm going to download the game and see if I can get it to work. I'll let you know how it goes later.

EDIT: Alright, so I got the game to work. I'm going to assume you downloaded it from Checkmate's thread and the crack from FlowerTradeWinds as I saw you had posted there as well.

Just double checking, but did you follow FlowerTradeWinds instructions? So do not install the game, just copy the nyan03_osakoi folder from the ISO to your HDD. Then extract the crack files to the very same nyan03_osakoi folder.

If so, you should then either change your system locale to Japanese, or use a program such as Locale Emulator. Then open crack.exe from the nyan03_osakoi folder. The game should start fine and you should be able to start playing.

If you've done all that and it still doesn't work, can you post a screenshot of the pop up that wants a code, please? Thanks!
