Figured this would be the best place to ask since VNDB isnt a great place to find anything very specific. I'm looking for games and such that either have rape during combat while the significant other is watching or stuff where the SO can whore the wife out to other people, especially if its for items or cheaper costs and things like that. Anyone know of any or is it as rare as it seems to be?

The one hgame that immediately comes to mind is "Nymphomania Priestess" https://ci-en.dlsite.com/creator/926/article/361679 (still in development), it has battle rape in addition to NTR (sexual harrassment, heroine getting kidnapped after losing a battle) from which the focus seems to be "Netorase" (MC willingly borrowing his girl to others) and where the MC can corrupt his girl into loving other men, which may then dependently turn into "Netorare".

Circle Gyu games usually have combat rape with NTR, though you play as the girl and the cuck is usually not really present or important. Their latest game, Knight of Messiah should have that since its their only game where the MC is male. If my memory serves me well (I last played this around a year ago), The party consists of you, the male MC and 3 heroines. I'm pretty sure the heroines can be raped mid combat and the game is pretty much NTR focused. The MC is oblivious at first but by the end of the game (depending on the route you picked) he may come around to actually liking the NTR.
Mijiishi (https://www.dlsite.com/maniax/circle/profile/=/maker_id/RG17434.html) makes pretty good NTR games. Despite the subpar art, their games make up for it in pretty decent NTR writing and a lot of content. Though, their games do not have combat rape, however there are aspects of the MC letting the heroines fuck other guys because that's their fetish or in order to get items/cash or for both. I think their games are a must play for netorase fans.
