I think Suzuya and Venus games have spoiled me too much regarding CG variations in scenes. So the mid NTR piled on top of 1 or 2 CGs for most scenes is awful

Yes that, sadly (for me) i have no idea if the game will be hookable much less if someone will translate it, although these days the hope for translation is way better than before xD

Crazy to think that we probably never get developer like ELF anymore in our lifetime. Their works is so ahead of it's time and even right now.

I don't know, the same could be said about old school Lilim darkness, anyway about ELF i loved Gatenkei but the following one (Maro something) didn't do it for me, i just never got over the fact the netori guy was so ridiculous so i never even got into playing it xD

Anyway Gatenkei was good but i feel we sometimes glorify it to unreasonable levels, like i think VENUS has done games just as good with similar themes or pacing, at least the mood of the games feels similar. And there have been good stand alone games like Shadowcore and others i can't remember the name of xD

Although yeah i wish there were more companies dedicated to ntr that were worth it, i kiss Studio Triumph (ntr nurse) for example, nowadays we only have Jinsei (worth it, even if i am seeing so so reception to their last game, haven't played enough to form an opinion myself) and Atelier Sakura (gahhhhhhhh)

Gatenkei was cult classic. Also that game from same writer , Otto no memae de okasarete, has good story too, and i actually enjoy the second Maro game despite the awkward comedy. It such a shame Dontenmeikai talent was wasted when Elf closing . Personally i think he has more talent on writing NTR scenario than Onboro or any other NTR witers. But his story usually has slow pace , so you need to be more patient.

Lilim ? I always find the story has awkward pacing. In fact i think PoRo done better job with their OVA adaptation ( example IAi kyan).

I still hoping Onboro to works for Anim.

It's not really an NTR game, Jinsei himself calls it a semi-new genre that he calls "BAS" as a play on "BSS" - for "Boku ga ato ni sukininatta no ni!" or "I fell in love with her second!"

I consider BSS as NTR, and it can be pretty hot if it has nice corruption, but in this case you mean that the mc simply doesn't care about her until she gets with someone else, and there is no corruption or anything?

The MC cares about her and develops a crush but slowly realizes over time that she already has a boyfriend who's been fucking her all this time. So I guess its more that the MC is finding out over time how corrupted the heroine already is vs the heroine getting corrupted over time
