Because it is impossible to upload large quantities of data to Megaupload. They have severe restrictions in place making it impossible to upload as much as I do.
And that isn't even starting to touch on their crappy filemanagment, user abuse, and no measurable download speed gains. So far everyone found a host among the ones I use which gives equal or better speed than MU does, which just goes to show that Megupload is just a crap host which should be avoided by all.
