If they answer the dozen questions (like in the OVAs) this could potentially become a good anime...

i actually got the dual audio and i watch the first 3 episode i couldnt even tell who is good from bad

For these kinds of story it's actually pretty standard..

1. The protagonist is always very strong and well known in their field.

1b.(optional) The protagonist may appear to be ruthless but is always display to be warm-hearted/gentle at the later part of the story.

2. The protagonist will always have a heavy/gloomy history (or soon to take actions which will lead to the following events) such as:
i. On the run after betraying their organization
ii. On the path of revenge after having their love ones killed

Well, personally I enjoyed this kind of story. But sometime it does take some effort to understand the story (esp if loopholes exist). If you find Darker Than Black hard to understand maybe you could start from other anime with similar genes such as Black Cat, Code Geass or even Samurai Deeper Kyo(manga).

They are not really conspiracy animes/manga, but the above two points I've mentioned are pretty much the same. After watching those you shouldn't have a problem telling whose the good guy and whose the bad guy :D

Well actually the black cat I've mentioned is the manga version... The anime version doesn't really quite lived up to the same standard as the manga counterpart...
